Description
This announcement serves as a synopsis for a SATOC for A/E services to support the Former Nebraska Ordnance Plant near Mead, NE. This will be a Small Business set-aside. Projects relate to performing Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological Waste (HTRW) activities, including design work involving groundwater treatment systems and extraction wells, groundwater modeling, pre-design investigation, preparation of contract drawings, technical specifications, design analyses, life cycle cost analyses, and computer aided cost estimating, as well as construction phase services, including shop drawing review, design during construction, site visits, etc. This notice does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, or to pay any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Firms are required to submit their qualifications by 10:00am CT, 19 May 2026.
