Description

Amendment 001: Incorporates offer of an additional site visit for all interested parties on March 30th, 2026 at 10:00AM (MDT). Extends the questions due date to no later than 4:30 PM local (MDT), April 3rd, 2026. Clarifies proper POCs are jeremiah.burns.1@us.af.mil and colin.shoemake@us.af.mil Clarifies SOW verbiage regarding the type of solicitation (Request for Quote) The United States Government has a requirement for "Maintain Markings on various streets as shown on drawings, clean and restripe existing markings including centerline, stop bars, pedestrian crosswalks, etc." Mill and overlay will be 2-inch depth for all areas as shown for 1st Ave, 7th Ave, 12th Street, 14th Street, Ironwood Drive, and Trap St. Maintain Markings on Aardvark, Phantom, Alpine, Rosewood, Red Fir, and E Street. Clean and repaint existing markings, including crosswalks and stop bars. Mill and overlay 1st Ave, 7th Ave, 12th Street, 14th Street, and Ironwood Drive to include new road markings as appropriate. See attached maps for locations. All IAW the statement of work (SOW). See attachments below for all relevant documents. Site Visit: A site visit for any interested parties will be held on March 25th, 2026 at 10:00 AM (MDT) to visit the work areas and have any questions related to the technical aspects answered. This site visit is not mandatory, and all relevant questions will be recorded and posted to the solicitation after. An additional/make-up site visit is offered to all interested parties on March 30th, 2026 at 10:00 AM (MDT). This invitation is extended to any and all interested parties, regardless of attendence to the previous site visit. Attendee meet-up instructions in the next paragraph still apply, no RSVP is required. All interested parties will need to meet at the visitor's center at 9:30 AM local (MDT) to acquire day passes if you do not have base access already. The visitor's center is located just north of the main gate, on the west side of the highway. If you stay to the right as you approach the base, you can turn into the visitor center's parking lot about 100ft before the manned gate. Attempting to enter the base without a pass will result in a lengthy delay. We will be leaving the visitor's center at 9:50 AM local time (MDT). Per the evaluation factors, Questions must be submitted no later than 4:30 PM local (MDT), April 3rd, 2026. Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:30 PM local (MDT), April 30th, 2026. Questions shall be directed to both POCs. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Each company�s response to this solicitation shall be a maximum of 10 pages and shall include the following information: Company name CAGE code Address Point of Contact Phone Number E-mail address Company's Small business category (Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business [SDB] to include the 8(a) Program, Historically Underutilized Business Zones [HUBZone], Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business [SDVOSB]). A brief statement of the company's interest in submitting quotes on the project as well as details of the company's capability to perform a contract of this type, magnitude, and complexity.
