Description
1. This pre-solicitation notice is in accordance with FAR 5.101(c). This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is not soliciting quotes or proposals at this time. 2. Description: The 70th Air Refueling Squadron Travis AFB, CA has a requirement to purchase five (5) workstations and storage cabinets; the requirement also include the installation and disposal of old furniture. See Statement of Work for full requirement details. 3. Procedures for Award: The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order. The award basis is anticipated to include technical acceptability and price. *Anticipated Award Date: On or about [August 28, 2026]. 4. Trade Agreements Language: Not Applicable. 5. Technical Data: Brand/Salient Characteristics: See attachements for Floor Plan 1 and 2. 6. Construction Contract Information: Not Applicable 7. Statement Regarding Responsible Sources: All responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. *Please provide any documentation supporting ability to acquire the requested brand name items. 8. Competitive Status: This is a noncompetitive action in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1). The intended source is Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (UNICOR) due to their capability to integrate and match the existing setup in form, and fit. 9. Qualification Requirement: N/A
