Description
The Holm Center requires the brand-name Scantron Eva Exam software suite to upgrade its legacy testing infrastructure and ensure continuous testing capabilities via both paper-based and online modalities during campus network outages. Because the Holm Center's entire historical testing database and exam statistics are built on proprietary Scantron legacy platforms (ParTest and ParScore), Scantron Eva Exam is the only commercial solution with the native downward compatibilitiy required to import and preserve this critical legacy data. Restricting this procurement to the brand-name Scantron brand is essential; procuring any other software brand would result in a catastrophic loss of historical assessment data, force redundant labor to manually rebuild thousands of test questions, and cause unacceptable delays to the Officer Training School (OTS) mission.
