FY26 Replace Backflow Preventers at the Natchez National Historical Park Amendment 0001: Correction of COR information: Daryl J. Beck Chief of Facilities Management Natchez National Historical Park 640 S. Canal Street, Box E Natchez, MS 39120 C: 769.319.2431 The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Natchez National Historical Park. It is the intent of this service contract(s) to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to replace two existing backflow preventers serving the boiler and chiller systems at the Natchez Visitor Center. The project will provide for the removal and disposal of the existing RPZ assemblies, procurement and installation of new commercial-grade RPZs, pressure testing and certification, and all related coordination and closeout. This work is required to ensure potable water supply protection and compliance with plumbing and health codes. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. **A highly suggested site visit is scheduled for January 22, 2026 at 9:00 CT.** The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience. Bidders must be able to provide a registered UEI# and references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
