Description
6 May 2026 Please be informed that the subject Request for Quote (RFQ) has been amended. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to post Government answers to industry questions. Please review the amended solicitation in its entirety. An acknowledgment of the amended solicitation is required with RFQ submission. ----------------------------------------------- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M26Q0110 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a single award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed priced task orders providing isotope analysis support to the Global Monitoring Laboratory (GML) in Boulder, CO. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) A list of line-item numbers can be found in the SF1449 within the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0110, and items, quantities, and units of measure can be found in the attachment labeled Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule. (iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired can be found in the attachment labeled Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). (iv) Dates, place of delivery, and place of acceptance can be found in clauses CAR 1352.246-70 and CAR 1352.270-70 within Section 3 - Contract Terms and Conditions of the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0110. Acceptance terms for this solicitation are f.o.b. destination only. (v) A list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition can be found in Section 5 - Provisions within the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0110. (vi) A list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition can be found in Section 3 - Contract Terms and Conditions within the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0110.
