Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140L4026Q0019 is issued as a request for quote WILDLIFE GUZZLERS. This acquisition is set-aside for total small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Quotes shall remain valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the specified offer due date. Late quotations will not be considered for award. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
