Justification for Sole Source: Jeppesen ForeFlight is the only provider capable of delivering the required integrated military dispatch and navigation data services compatible with the USCG�s Gulfstream C-37A/B & C-39A aircraft and Honeywell avionics suite. The services are essential for meeting FAA, ICAO, and host-nation requirements, and for ensuring safe and compliant global operations. No other vendor can provide the required compatibility, integration, and security necessary for USCG�s mission-critical executive airlift. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation is available for this requirement. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement, which may be considered by the agency.
