Description

The U.S. Embassy Nassau has a requirement for legal services for the sale of a property in Nassau, The Bahamas. This solicitation has been amended. A copy of the amended solicitation is attached. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Please ensure that you submit all required documents as instructed to NassauContractingOfficers@state.gov The law firm submitting the bid must be registered in Nassau, The Bahamas and have experience in real estate legal services in Nassau.
