Description
Under this notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of a slope mower.****GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS: In this acquisition The Government is seeking interested vendors to deliver aslope mower for daily operations. In order to submit a quote, your firm must register with sam.gov, as a pre-requirement to do business with the federal government and prior to registering with the DoD Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)system. Your firm must register with PIEE in order to access the solicitation and must submit quote responses in PIEE. Use the PIEE System Registration link:- https://piee.eb.mil, and follow the instructions on their website. Contact the PIEE helpdesk if you have any issues.****The only authorized transmission method for quote responses to this request for quote is electronically via PIEE online submission. NO OTHER TRANSMISSIONMETHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED. For any questions, please contact James Parizek, via email James.p.parizek@usace.army.mil and include in the subject line the solicitation notices number W912P625QA008. All questions must be submitted prior to 31 July 2025. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and the Government will not reimburse any quoters for their submission.****DUE DATE AND TIME: The Contractor submittal packages must be received by the USACE- Chicago District Office no later than Noon (Central Time) on 7 August 2025.Please reference the subject solicitation number on all correspondence. Detailed submittal requirements are contained in the Solicitation document. Estimated Award Date - August 2025.
