The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located at Highway 160 Mile Post 394.3 Kayenta AZ 86033 is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research (FAR 10.001) in identifying prospective sources for procuring two (2) brand new diagnostic ultrasound systems to support clinical imaging at two separate service units. The second site for the service unit is located at Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) Highway 98 & Navajo Route 16 Shonto, AZ. The scope of work encompasses the physical delivery and installation of the equipment, system integration with existing facility networks (PACS/DICOM), comprehensive commissioning to ensure clinical readiness, and dedicated post-installation training and technical support for healthcare personnel. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 6525-Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental and Veterinary with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees. Information collected from this notice is purely for market research only and will be used to determine the contracting office�s acquisition strategy including competition, set asides, and locating Indian-owned economic enterprises. A brief statement of the company�s capability relates to the government requirement described.
