Description of Requirement: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for 5 Portable Reverse Osmosis Dialysis Water Purification Systems to include delivery, set-up, and system orientation for the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center.
