This is a source(s) sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 334510 - Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23/RPO Central of the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of providing Ultrasound Systems for the Nebraska Western-Iowa VA at 4101 Woolworth Avenue Omaha, NE 68105. These items must be Brand Name or Equal to SiteRite 9 system as specified in the attached Salient Characteristics. Interested firms must supply proof of authorized distribution from the brand they intend to sell. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Response to Request - If your organization has the potential capacity to provide these contract supplies, please provide the following information: Organization name SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) Address, email address Web site address Telephone number Please also include information if you company is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business, Women-owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Small Business, HUBZone, or 8(a) Certified Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by July 10th, 2026, at 10:00am CST. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to savannah.weberg@va.gov. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Additionally, a response to this source(s) sought notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The purpose of this sources sought notice is strictly for market research purposes.
