Description
Irrigation Management Services at Willamette National Cemetery -- S208 This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your offeror will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about January 10, 2026, posted to SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until solicitation is issued. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Irrigation Management Services at Willamette National Cemetery. The contractor shall ensure efficient, sustainable, and uninterrupted operation of the irrigation system to support landscape health and water conservation efforts. This includes routine inspections, preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and system optimization to minimize water waste and maintain compliance with all applicable environmental and operational standards. Scope: Irrigation System Management Services. The contractor shall furnish all necessary transportation, equipment, data management support and labor to provide irrigation management services for the entirety of the Maxicom-based irrigation system at Willamette National Cemetery. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 221310- Water Supply and Irrigation Systems and the Small Business Size Standard is $41 Million. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services Procedures. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four 4 option periods. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the request for quotes, shall be submitted electronically. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted. Registrations: In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
