Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A26QA029 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement 334220 � Radio and Television Broadcasting ad Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1,250 Employees. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 30 JUL 2026, 4:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH Air National Guard requires the following items: CLIN 0001: Handheld Radios (QTY= 60 EA) Must meet the following salient characteristics: -Multi Band VHF,136-174MHz; All Band Upgradeable to include UHF 380-522MHz -Intrinsically Safe Radio -Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA)P25 Phase 2 -Capable of immersion to MIL-STD-810G Method 512.5 -Encryption compliant Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 -Capable of Project 25 (P25) trunking -Capable Link Layer Authentication (LLA) -Capable 256 bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption -Capable of 64 bit Data Encryption Standard (DES) encryption -Capable of Wi-Fi programming -Includes 1 intrinsically safe battery, Li-ion, minimum of 3000 MAh, -Flexible antenna, 136-870 MHz -Must not be within 3 years of discontinuation, obsolescence, or end of manufacturer support. -Compatible with Freedom R8100 for Auto-tuning -Must include compatible metal belt carrying clip CLIN 0002: Battery Chargers (QTY = 10 EA) Minimum of 6 bay battery chargers *Total quantity of chargers purchased is variable depending on the number of bays per charger. CLIN 0003: Radio Software (QTY = 60 EA) Digital P25 Phase II (Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) Trunking) Software installed on purchased handheld radios. *If included as a standard option for the radio, this line item will be removed.
