Request for Quote (RFQ) - Heavy-Duty Diesel Forklift (STILL RCD 180 or Equal) for USAG Bavaria To All Interested Vendors, BLUF: To be considered for this award, all quoting firms must have an active profile in the U.S. Government's System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to the closing date. The U.S. Army Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria is seeking quotes for the following commercial supply requirement. 1. Description of Requirement Item: One (1) heavy-duty diesel forklift, STILL RCD 180-900 or Equal. Minimum Specifications: Must meet or exceed all salient characteristics detailed in the attached Attachment 1 - Product Specifications. 2. Delivery Information Location: LRC, RSSA, Building 113, Rose Barracks, Vilseck, 92249, Germany. Method: FOB Destination (Vendor is responsible for all shipping/delivery logistics and costs). Timeline: The proposed equipment must be delivered by 30 September 2026. (If you cannot meet this date, you must propose an alternative timeline in your quote). 3. Basis for Award The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible offeror who submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical Acceptability (Pass/Fail): Your quote must include technical documentation proving your proposed forklift meets all minimum salient characteristics in Attachment 1. Trade Agreements Compliance (Pass/Fail): This requirement is subject to the Trade Agreements Act. You must complete and sign DFARS 252.225-7020 (Trade Agreements Certificate) in the attached solicitation to verify the country of origin. Price Evaluation: Award will be made to the technically acceptable offer with the lowest total evaluated price. 4. Required Documentation for Quote Submission To be considered for award, you must submit the following via email: Completed SF 1449: Complete, sign, and date blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. Include your CAGE code in Block 17a. Price Quote: A firm-fixed-price quote in Euros (�) entered directly on the SF 1449 under the "Unit Price" column for the CLIN. Technical Specification Sheet: Manufacturer documentation proving the quoted model meets the salient characteristics. Company Information: Official Company Name, CAGE Code, SAM UEI, and Tax ID#. Warranty Information: Provide standard commercial warranty terms. 5. Deadlines & Submission Instructions Questions Due: No later than five (5) working days after the issuance of this solicitation. Quotes Due: No later than 2359 CET on [INSERT CLOSING DATE, 40 DAYS FROM POSTING]. Submission: Email all documents (PDF format, max 10MB per email) to [email protected] AND [email protected].
