The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to provide the best value to the Government using a comparative evaluation. A comparative evaluation is the process of comparing the merits of quotes against each other without the use of a formal rating system. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 3 July 2026 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 and the most current DFARS Change Notice.
