Dear Prospective Offeror: July 24, 2026 Subject: Request for Quotation 191N6526Q0095 � Provide your Supply and Services for Chilled & Hot water piping interconnection works (Existing Plantroom to New SPX Building) in U S Embassy New Delhi, India Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Chilled & Hot Water Piping Interconnection Works. If you wish to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete all required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in paragraph 4 below. The Embassy will conduct a site visit on August 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the U.S. Embassy, Gate �C�, Chandragupt Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi � 110021, India. Prospective offerors interested in participating should send their confirmation to [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m., August 1, 2026. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] on or before 2:00 p.m., August 6, 2026. Responses will be provided to all contractors who express interest in doing business with the U.S. Government. No questions will be accepted after 7:00 p.m., August 6, 2026. Quotations are due on or before 2:00 p.m. (India Time), August 11, 2026. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. Award may be made based on initial proposals without discussions, although discussions may be held if necessary.
