Description
The General Services Administration currently leases 35,692 Rentable Square Feet (RSF), yielding 31,088 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) along with 24 surface and 14 structured parking spaces located at 6999 Sierra Center Parkway, Reno, NV. Justificatoin for Other Than Full and Open Compettiion was approved August 22, 2024.
