Description
In accordance with RFO 5.101(c), The 194th Wing Contracting Office issues the following Pre Solicitiation notice: 1) Point of Contact: See contact information 2) 100% Small business set-aside 3) See PSC and NAICS listed in the general information. 4)(i) Description - The following requirement is intended to be awarded to First WA Robotics Team as a sole-source procurement for fulfillment: Advertisement Mix, First WA Robotics Team � League Sponsorship Level � Full Season (4)(vii) FIRST Washington is the only practicable source for this partnership because the required services depend on official, statewide access to Washington�s FIRST robotics ecosystem, including FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge, and FIRST Robotics Competition teams, events, mentors, volunteers, and program infrastructure. FIRST Washington runs all aspects of FIRST programs within Washington State and the Pacific Northwest FRC District, and maintains the specialized event, field, volunteer, school, and team infrastructure necessary to engage students statewide. Direct sponsorship is the only way to accomplish this requirement and any other source would be an unnecessary third party.
