The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation around May and June 2026. This notice also seeks contractors interested in attending the site visit for the Base Access Request BAR facilitated by the United States Government. Access to the site visit is only available through submission of the BAR. Requests received after the response date will not be considered. For more details, please see the attached files. The solicitation will be released next week. Meeting Point: Entrance of Baucau Airfield, GPS Coordinates: S8.477721, E126.397948*Contractors are responsible for their own transportation. No US Government transportation will be provided.*Pre-Proposal Site Visit (PPSV) attendance is highly encouraged to ensure full understanding of the logistical challenges involved with this project and decrease risk of unsuccessful completion or financial hardship for contractors.Note: Contractors did not submitted the base access request (BAR), in reference to pre-solicitation notice N4008426R4998 by May 21, 2026 will not be allowed to submit BAR at this time.
