The object of this sole source award to PARTNERS FOR PERFORMANCE, INC for Human Elements Training, this is a specialized class which creates long term and sustainable organizational knowledge and increased self-awareness of all participants. As a result, performance increases, and compatibility develops into productivity. The Caribbean ES Field Office worked under the same leadership for 10+ years and will benefit from this training.
