Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M26Q0110 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a single award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed priced task orders providing isotope analysis support to the Global Monitoring Laboratory (GML) in Boulder, CO. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) A list of line-item numbers can be found in the SF1449 within the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0110, and items, quantities, and units of measure can be found in the attachment labeled Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule. (iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired can be found in the attachment labeled Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). (iv) Dates, place of delivery, and place of acceptance can be found in clauses CAR 1352.246-70 and CAR 1352.270-70 within Section 3 - Contract Terms and Conditions of the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0110. Acceptance terms for this solicitation are f.o.b. destination only. (v) A list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition can be found in Section 5 - Provisions within the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0110. (vi) A list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition can be found in Section 3 - Contract Terms and Conditions within the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0110.
