The purpose of this Amendment is as follows: Re-Issue RFQ to adjust verbiage to CLINs 0005, 0006, 1005, 2005, 2006, 3005, 3006, 4005, and 4006. Correct Location of service in box.15 on SF 1449 Add section 4.4.1.1 to PWS. Disclose incumbent contract information. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
