Description
This procurement will result in a single-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for civil and structural engineering projects at various locations in Japan. A-E services provided under this contract include, but are not limited to, the preparation of plans and specifications for Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects, design analyses, cost estimates, studies, DD 1391 development, and Design-Build (DB) Requests for Proposal (RFP) package development. Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) may also be required. Work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable U.S. laws, regulations, and standards and applicable Japanese laws, regulations, and standards.These services will be procured in accordance with 40 USC Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6.See attached Synopsis.**UPDATE 01 Revises the Synopsis (AE Civil_Structural IDIQ Synopsis_REV01) to remove physical copy (paper and CD) optional submission. Electronic only is accepted. Answers to pre-proposal inquiries are provided in (PPIs_Responses_01).
