Description
This Task Order contractor will secure access, schedule and conduct indoor air investigations at an eligible universe of three thousand five hundred (3500) residential and commercial structures; provide design support at large residential (> 3000 square feet) and commercial structures; and inform the affected community of EPA activities through informational institutional controls. TO Title: Remedial Design activities for Billings PCE Superfund Site Operable Unit 1 (OU1) Funding amount: $1,052,161.89 Award need by: 9/30/2026 Base POP: Award - 3/31/2027 Option Period 1: 4/1/2027 - 3/31/2028 Option Period 2: 4/1/2028 - 3/31/2029 Primary COR/IPP approver: Roger Hoogerheide Alt COR/IPP Approver: Jamar Baker Services provided by this TO include scheduling and execution of indoor air investigations at an eligible universe of three thousand five hundred (3500) residential and commercial structures; provision of design support at large residential (> 3000 square feet) and commercial structures; and communication with the affected community of EPA activities through informational institutional controls.
