The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:� � � SCINTICA INC. 721 TRISTAR DR. WEBSTER, TX 77598 UEI: XN52MTXYRW21 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to purchase the M7 Compact MRI System along with the body coils, accessory bundle, software and installation from Scintica Inc, to be installed at VAMC Providence, RI. Scintica Inc, is the exclusive and only authorized distributor of these products. The contractor will provide the required parts and labor. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. � The NAICS� 334510. The size standard is� 1250 employees.
