Description

1. RLP Section 1.02 B is changed adding "New and Existing Buildings are accepted" after the first period. See for full text of updated section. 2. In RLP Section 3.06 S and T "Green Globes" requirements are added, allowing offerors to use either LEED or Green Globes in their proposals. See attached full text of updated sections 3. In RLP Section 4.05 Factor 1, Sub Factor 6 is corrected replacing " A minimum of 80 parking spaces" with "A minimum 150 parking spaces" 4. RLP Section 4.05 Evaluation Factor Descriptions - Factor 6 "Occupancy Date Readiness" is changed to 8/15/2027 5. RLP Section 4.06 Evaluation Factor Minimum Standards - Factor 6 "Occupancy Date Readiness" is changed to 8/15/2027 6. RLP Section 4.07 Evaluation Factor Submittal Requirements Factor 6 Occupancy Date Readiness is changed to 8/15/2027 7. In RLP Section 1.05 D & Section 4.07 Factor 1, Sub Factor 4 the distance to a bus stop is changed to 2,640 Feet. 8. RLP Section 2.03 Seismic Safety and RLP Section 3.06-U Evidence of seismic safety compliance are deleted. 9. Exhibit B - Agency Special Requirements is deleted and replaced by attached Exhibit B - Agency Special Requirements ASR Revised January 8, 2026. 10. The Due Date for responses is extended to no later than 3:00 PM ET on February 23, 2026.
