Description
Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, has a requirement for BASE CUSTODIAL SERVICES. The work shall consist of furnishing all management, tools, equipment, materials, personnel, and performance of work necessary to maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance of facilities. This requirement includes general facility cleaning services, restroom and locker room cleaning services, periodic services such as polishing/burnishing hard floors and carpet cleaning, and specialized services for child/youth care facilities and fitness centers. The 4th Contracting Squadron intends to award one (1) firm fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to a single awardee with a one-year base period with four one-year options. Reference solicitation document and its associated attachments for instructions to offerors and evaluation procedures. One (1) pre-proposal conference/site visit shall be offered and is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. EDT on 16-April-2026; attendees must RSVP no later than 9:00 a.m. EDT on 13-April-2026 in accordance with procedures identified on the solicitation document.
