Description

This is an RFI ONLY for Head Start National Customer Service Improvement Project (CSIP) to be performed in multiple cities and states within the United States (see section 1.7 of the draft performance work statement). The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start (OHS), is seeking information for the OHS Nationwide Customer Service procurement. The Government requests feedback from industry on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
