Description
The USGS Fredericksburg Magnetic Observatory in Woodford, VA has a requirement for mold removal. Building 3 has recently been determined to have mold growth in the attic, main building space, and the crawl space. The objective of this project is to remediate the mold in the Absolutes Building and prevent/delay future mold growth. 30 days ARO Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0126Q0146 will be issued on 5/4/2026 with written quotes due on or about 5/11/2026. This acquisition is 100% total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 562910. The size standard is 1,000 employees. The anticipated award date of the contract is 5/15/2026.
