The government intends to solicit quotes directly from local contractors. The total estimated value of the BPA framework is $350,000 with an ordering period of five (5) years. SERVICE CONTRACT LABOR STANDARDS (SCLS): This requirement is for services and is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards (formerly Service Contract Act). The applicable Department of Labor (DOL) Wage Determination for Bossier Parish, LA, will be incorporated into the final agreement. SOLICITATION PROCESS: No formal written RFQ package will be posted to Sam.gov, as the Government intends to conduct oral/direct solicitations. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties must contact the Contracting Office POCs listed below within fifteen (15) days of this notice to request details on how to submit a quote.
