Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Financial Resources (OFR), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) in accordance with FAR 12.102, intends to award a contract on an other-than-full-and-open-competition basis as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial contract to Merck Sharp and Dohme LLC, 126 East Lincoln Ave., Rahway, NJ 07065 to provide storage, rotation, and distribution services for stockpiled pediatric vaccines manufactured by Merck Sharp and Dohme Corporation. The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by August 7, 2026 at 1:00pm ET. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. Telephone responses will not be accepted. All submissions and questions shall be submitted via email to the point of contacts listed below. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.
