Description

NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE INTENT Reference No. ACQ-26-0322 The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Assistant Secretary of Administration and Management (OASAM), intends to award a sole source order in accordance with the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 5.101 to: Asset International, Inc. 702 King Farm Blvd, Ste. 400 Rockville, MD 20850 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561499 � All Other Business Support Services with a size standard of $21.5M. Asset International Inc. (aka Brightscope), is a large business, providing subscription services for Form 5500 and services of a specialized analyst. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The period of performance will commence on September 19, 2026, through September 18, 2029. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not delay services. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties who believe they can fulfill this requirement must submit a capability statement in writing to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer identified below by 8/7/2026 at 12:00PM EDT. The Government will evaluate responses received but reserves the right to proceed with sole source award to Asset International Inc. (aka Brightscope).
