Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0053 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for portable toilets at McKenzie Ranger District. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991 The small business size standard is $9 million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Please see the attachments for solicitation details. Amendment 1: Statement of Work page 1 paragraph 2, the word "nine has been replaced by the word "ten" Statement of Work, page 1, toilet types have been updated to meet customer needs. Schedule of Items, toilet types have been updated to meet customer needs and match Statement of Work. The hour and date for receipt of offers is hereby extended to 12:00 PM Pacific, April 28, 2026.
