Description
The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, is requesting quotes (RFQ) for fiber optic cable replacement and OTDR testing at the John Muir National Historic Site. The Contractor shall provide all mobilization, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, site rehabilitation, clean-up, and demobilization. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns only. Offers received from concerns that are not Small Business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130; the small business size standard is $45.0 million. The construction magnitude for this solicitation is less than $25,000. See page 28 of the solicitation for site visit details. All questions for this requirement must be sent via email to Brian Roppolo at brian_roppolo@nps.gov no later than 20 May 2026. All questions will be answered on a future amendment posted on www.SAM.gov. PROPOSALS ARE DUE AT 12:00 P.M. PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (PST) ON THURSDAY, 28 MAY, 2026. Only emailed proposals will be accepted. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
