This modification is to: 1. Extend the closing date from 06/08/2026 3:00 PM CST to 06/09/2026 3:00 PM CST. 2. Update block 10 to reflect Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). 3. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for a SDVOSB. 4. Update CLIN 0002 from Sonosite PX Ultrasound System to Sonosite Voice Assist-12 month-Standard Coverage Warranty. 5. CLIN 0002 now reflects Sonosite Voice Assist-12 month-Standard Coverage Warranty / P31440.
