The United States Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica invites quotations from authorized vehicle dealers for the supply and delivery of the following vehicles or approved equivalents: Two (2) 2026 Hybrid, SUV providing the following minimum or equal specifications: Five (5)-door SUV 2.5L Gas engine (2487 cc) Seating capacity: five (5) Two-wheel drive (2wd) 8 speed automatic CVT transmission with Tiptronic mode Smart entry & Push-button start 18-inch alloy wheels Auto led headlamps & fog lamps Fabric seats; Powered driver�s seat Urethane steering wheel Android auto & apple car play Infotainment system with FM radio Bluetooth & USB interface Wireless charging with 4 USB charging ports 6 speakers Front and rear proximity sensors Reverse camera, 7 Air bags Safety sense 4 Retractable door mirrors Cruise control Powered Tailgate Vehicle stability Hill start assist Traction controls Anti�lock braking system (ABS) Anti�theft immobilizer Fuel capacity � 55 litres Unladen weight: 2115kg Color: Blue/Grey One (1) 2026, 2.7L 4WD, 7-Seater, SUV providing the following minimum or equal specifications: Color: White 7-seater with Leather Seats 7 SRS Airbags Smart Entry Smart Start / Push Button Start system Steering Wheel switches with audio + multi-information + paddle shift ECO & Power Mode Leather seats Cruise Control Tilt & Telescopic Steering Column Roof Rails Fog Lamps + Daytime Running Lights Powered Back Door Rear Sensors and Reverse Camera Vehicle Stability Control / Hill Assist / Traction Control Immobilizer Responses must include a compliance checklist that shows where quoted vehicle specifications equal or exceed the minimum required specifications. Quotations should be sent in USD excluding duties and taxes and must include supply availability, delivery time, warranty information, detailed product literature, statement of service support and availability of spares from the locally authorized dealer. The Embassy will not arrange customs clearance for the vehicle purchased from the successful vendor or to independently pay any associated customs duties. Consequently, any services, clearances or shipping charges and arrangements which are required to deliver the vehicle to the Embassy at 30 Monroe Road, Kingston, Jamaica must be costed and guaranteed as part of a vendor�s quotation. Any quotation that declines to offer (and cost as appropriate) any such services cannot be judged technically acceptable. All firms that respond to this request for quotation must at the time of submitting their quotations have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Interested parties should email quotations with completed NDAA889 representations to [email protected] NO LATER THAN MONDAY, AUGUST 10, 2026, at 2pm.
