Description

The government requires PRDS-ASTi licenses (radio simulation equipment) to execute and sustain critical air control simulation scenarios. The period of performance for this requirement is?1 September 2026 through 31 August 2027. This action is conducted under the authority permitting other than full and open competition (e.g., FAR 13.106-1(b) or FAR 6.302-1). Advanced Simulation Technology Inc. (ASTi) is the sole developer, manufacturer, and proprietary rights holder of the PRDS-ASTi licenses. No other vendor possesses the proprietary data or licensing authority to provide this specific equipment. Consequently, ASTi is the only source capable of satisfying the agency's requirement for compatibility with existing air control simulation architecture.
