Description
This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). PROJECT TITLE: Bid-Build (B/B) Address Lake Baldwin Site Deficiencies, Project 675-22-106 PROJECT SUMMARY: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OVAHCS), is seeing professional Bid-Build (BB) services to construct the project titled Address Lake Baldwin Site Deficiencies Project 675-22-106, at the OVAHCS, Lake Baldwin campus, 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803. The contractor shall furnish all construction services including labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision as necessary to construct the project described herein and other specified tasks as further defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The construction shall be in accordance with the 100% design drawings and specifications for this project. Refer to attachments for further details. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 360 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). PERFORMANCE LOCATION: Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OVAHCS), located at Lake Baldwin Facility. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
