Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to enter into a contract with WHOOP, INC., CAGE 72T17, BOSTON, MA. The statutory authority for this procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source. Item/Service Description 200 ea. WHOOP Peak 24 Month Membership, 5.0 Device, and Wireless Battery Pack. Delivery Schedule As soon as possible after receipt of order. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications. Reference N6311626Q0536 on submissions and include Company Name, Full Address, CAGE Code and Point of Contact information including Name, Phone Number and E-Mail address.
