Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest for 9,828 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of medical space for a Statesboro CBOC in Statesboro, Georgia The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease a maximum of 9,828 RSF of Existing Office space to provide Care to VA patients in Statesboro, GA. The space located in the delineated area will have Office space for the functional staff as required. Associated with the primary functions of the space will be necessary patient waiting areas, functional corridors, restroom facilities, conference space, record functions, and staff support areas. Existing buildings or build to suit in the delineated area will both be considered. The space must meet accessibility laws in accordance with 4 CFR 101-19.6, App A (Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards). VA seeks for the facility to have at least 50 parking spaces for use by VA as a Veterans Center. The VA seeks a lease term of 20 years. To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below, which is bound by the following roads, or must face any of the following boundary lines. North Boundary: Hwy 25 intersects Hwy 80 to intersects Hwy 301 Intersects Hwy 301 South Boundary: Hwy 301 to Route 67 to Hwy 301 meets South Main Street East Boundary: Hwy 80 intersects Hwy 301, to Hwy 301 to Route 67 West Boundary: Hwy 301 crosses Route 67 to Hwy 25, Hwy 25 intersects Hwy 80 Interested offers must submit the address, property description, available square footage, available parking, and photographs. A map or proof that the proposed property is within the delineated area is required. Any expressions of interest should be directed to Shawana Stevens, Lease Contracting Specialist.
