Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation, W912L926QA009, is being issued as a small business set-aside Request for Quotation. Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332999, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees. The Indiana Army National Guard has a requirement for Steel Caging, Steel Cabinets and Steel Shelving. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract. See attached "Requirements" document for specifications Requirements: (See attached "Requirements" and "W912L9-26-Q-A009" for clauses) Evaluations Factors: Award will be made based Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE CODE/UEI number, Federal Tax Number and company's point of contact information. ** There will be a site visit on July 8, 2026 @ 10:00 AM EST at the Camp Atterbury Firehouse at the corner of Eggleston and County Line Road. ** All entering onto Camp Atterbury must have a �Real ID�. If you have not been on Camp Atterbury, you will need to go to the Visitor Center, across from the Main Gate, and be registered. Any questions MUST be submitted via email to carl.j.kuhlman.civ@army.mil AND sheri.r.herrin.civ@army.mil nlt 20 July 2026 11:00am (Eastern), with sufficient time to do any research to answer question prior to the closing of this posting. Please provide your submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting of Indiana no later than 30 July 2026, 4:00PM (Eastern). Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
