Amend 05 - a) add Attach 13_PostSiteVisitQA b) add Attach 14_Site Visit Sign In Amend 04 - a) change the proposal submission deadline to align Block 8 and Section L on the SF 1449, and SAM information. Proposal due date is 22 July 2026 @ 1000 am MDT. b) change the question submission deadline. Section L is revised to extend the question due date from 22 June 2026 @ 1000 am MDT to 26 June 2026 @ 1000 am MDT. c) Updated NIST/CMMC criteria for CUI attachment and award. d) Updated Attach 06 - UNCI (Attach 06 - UNCI_17June26) - If you have already completed this attachment, you do not need to resubmit it. Amend 03 - Extension for site visit information and adjusted due dates. Amend 02 - Addition of 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors clause. Amend 01 - Addition of 52.211-11 Liquidated Damages clause. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12 and no additional solicitation will be posted. Synopsis/Solicitation number FA461326Q0007 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for replace sprinkler heads and pendants at each of the 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) and service fire suppression alarm system at 14 MAFs. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This document incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Line Items: Please refer to CLIN structure provided in this document. Description: Replace1,665 Fire Suppression Sprinkler Heads and Pendants at 15 MAFS and other services as indicated on the PWS This is a service. All work for this service will conform to the Performance Work Statement. Date(s)and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point. - Period of performance will be a total of 180 calendar days. The locations for this service are outlined in the PWS. If you would like the drawings for this project, you must complete Attachment_06 - UNCI, and send to the contract specialist, Natalie Martinez @ natalie.martinez.6@us.af.mil. Solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition are included in this document, Section L. Contract clauses that apply to the acquisition are included in this document, Section I. The date, time, and place for receipt of offer and point of contact: Quotes, CLIN completion, and other items required by clause FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services) will be due on 22 July 2026 @ 1000 am MDT. Please send quotes to the contract specialist, Natalie Martinez at natalie.martinez.6@us.af.mil and the contracting officer, Andrea McCurry at andrea.mccurry@us.af.mil. Questions will be due on 26 June 2026 at 1000 am MDT. Additional Information: To be eligible to receive Attachment 07 (CUI Drawings Final) and be considered for contract award, offerors must demonstrate adequate security for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Offerors must provide evidence of : EITHER a. A current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 Certification (to include Conditional Certification with an active POA&M); OR b. A current assessment against NIST SP 800-171 (completed within the last three years), supported by an active System Security Plan (SSP) and a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for any unimplemented controls. POA&M for CMMC or SSP and POA&M MUST be submitted with offer. Offerors are required to complete Attachment 06 (UNCI) and receive Attachment 07 (CUI Drawings Final) to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the full scope of work. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in a rating of technically unacceptable. A site visit will be available on 15 June 2026 @ 0900 am MDT. Companies are allowed up to 3 personnel/subcontractors to attend the site visit. Each individual wishing to attend must provide a clear copy of the front of your Driver's License and your full social security number. We must have this information no later that EOD 11 May 2026. Please email natalie.martinez.6@us.af.mil to request a DoD Safe Link to allow you to email social security numbers. If we do not receive the requested information by 11 May 2026 then the contractor will not be able to attend the site visit and another opportunity will not be made available.
