Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 13. This announcement constitutes this being the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24726Q0657 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for Exterior Canopy and Window Washing for Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561720 is assigned to this requirement with a small business size standard of $22.0 million. The FSC/PSC is S216. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ralph H. Johnson VAMC located at 109 Bee Street Charleston, SC 29401, requires all exterior windows and the front entrance canopy to be cleaned which is outlined in the PWS.
