The Government hereby releases its Request For Proposal (RFP) in Support of the Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition Plant (AAP) Design, Build, and Commissioning Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support ongoing Organic Industrial Base (OIB) modernization, operations, and maintenance requirements.?Please note that proposals are due no later than (NLT) 1:00pm Central Standard Time (CST) on June 22, 2026. Questions related to this solicitation shall be submitted NLT than 3:00pm CST on May 29, 2026 to the Points of Contact (POC) listed below.
