The Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a 12-month Base Year and four (4) 12-month Option Year periods resulting from the solicitation. FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend, will be included and will be initiated as an option, if warranted by the resultant contract. This synopsis will be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS (https://www.fbo.gov) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). The RFQ number is N00189-18-Q-G024. The solicitation will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet/gov/far and ww.acq.osd.mil . Lack of registration in the System of Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov) will make a vendor ineligible for award. It is highly recommended to read the RFQ in its entirety.
