Description
This is the first appendix to NASA SBIR/STTR Program FY2026-2027 Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) and solicits proposals for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I funding opportunity. Chapter 6 of this appendix contains the proposal submission instructions and Chapter 9 contains the technical research topics. Instructions for how to prepare your proposal can be found in the BAA (https://sam.gov/workspace/contract/opp/bf991b7587b1438ca7930a9b840635dc/view). The chapter numbers align to the chapters in the BAA and can be used to locate additional information within the BAA. In any instance where specific requirements in this appendix conflict with requirements in the BAA, the specific requirements in this appendix take precedence for this opportunity.
