Enclosure 1. Proposal Inquiry form and Enclosure 4. Blank Bill of Quantity (BOQ) are provided in both pdf. and excel. formats, for your use. Pre-Solicitation Site Visit (PPSV) is scheduled on 28 July 2026, at 1000-1200 hours, Philippines local time. Place: Naval Education and Training Doctrine Command (NETDC) in San Antonio, Zambales, in the vicinity of (IVO), GPS coordinates - please see in the RFP. Meeting Place: NETC Main Gate / GPS coordinates - please see in the RFP. Contractors did not submitted the base access request, in reference to Pre-Solicitation Notice #N4008426R7500 will not be allowed to attend the site visit. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS.
