Description
Update 01: The purpose of this update is to answer RFIs, update the total page limit to 33 pages and update the page limit for Criterion 2 to 13 pages. This procurement will result in one Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (AE) services for stormwater water quality, and incidental groundwater, wastewater, and potable water environmental compliance and management services. The work will be performed at United States Navy Installations and Marine Corps Bases primarily in California, and to a lesser extent in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and other Department of Defense (DoD) or federal agency sites nationwide. These services will be procured in accordance with 40 USC Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. The IDIQ contract will be for a base period of two years and one three-year option period (if exercised). The total Not-to-Exceed amount for the contract term shall be $80,000,000. The guaranteed minimum for the contract term (including option years) is $5,000. Firm-fixed price contract task orders will be negotiated for this contract. The contract task order range for a single contract task order issued under the contract will be $5,000 to $3,000,000. There will be no dollar limit per year. Multiple contract task orders may be awarded with similar completion schedules and overlapping performance periods. The Government makes no representation as to the number of contract task orders or the actual amount of work to be ordered. The contractor is not guaranteed work in excess of the minimum guarantee. Estimated start date is September 2026.
